The City of Boulder has honored the late Mary Louise Chavers for her years of work on the issue of pesticides. Councilwoman Lisa Morzel gave a heartfelt reading of the city’s proclamation at the December 15, 2015, city council meeting. Click on the link below to read the proclamation.
